Chair Yoga For People in Pain

Gentle yoga practices tailored to your needs and abilities. Learn to work with your persistent pain to re-energize, restore and build physical and emotional resilience. This class is for all ages, no experience in yoga is required, I will meet you where you are in your abilities. This class also fosters community and a shared experience. We have a good laugh and support each other.
